enclosed vs. open for north west

I have come up against some trade offs to different trailer styles. I would appreciate any insight or hindsight for that matter..
Living in the north west states I was wondering if an enclosed trailer might extend my work season. Also what about inline anti freeze systems and what you think about them.
Most of the cargo trailers I am seeing have the big ramp door on the back. Would having side by side doors work better? I kind of like the single door/ramp set up because that is a good size space for signage when your rolling down the road..
I like the open trailer look as well, very professional looking as well.
Thank you all you your thoughts and opinions.

I ran an open trailer for years. Good thing is easy access to most any part of the equipment. Bad thing were freezing of HP lines, no to mention the other plumbing. Once you freeze your HP line it plugs your nozzles etc.. and is very difficult to get out. Theft of things is a big concern as well on open trailers. Easy for somebody to grab a gas can or wand. Not big expenses but very irritating to get to a job and find out somebody took your gas can when you ran into the store or something.
Enclosed is very nice if you are going to try to wash later into the season. A small space heater will keep things form icing up on you.

Get an INSULATED enclosed trailer, with smooth sides, you will be glad you did!

Thanks you good info you guys:cool:
