Efflo from paver without power washing

Any tips on removing efflorescence from brick pavers without power washing? The instructions for F9 efflo remover say they require power washing. I'm hoping to avoid that if possible because the pavers are about a year old and the polymeric sand in between is just fine, I don't want to have to reset it. Hoping to acid wash, maybe soft scrub, and then soft rinse.

Might work with a deck brush. Big thing is to not let product dry on the surface.

Only if it is very, very light. And if is is this light you could probably remove the Efflo with water and a broom.
