Growing up my best friends father ( who was a mean SOB to everyone) He used Duct tape on EVERYTHING. Now the guy made big bucks, but was cheap as heck. he was the Duct Tape King. I remember seeing his engine of his car, yup duct tape around many things, hoses, holding things together. I saw it keeping a fridge door shut. One of the best was the back outside stairs to his house was real tall and in a few spots he had duct tape holding the railing to the spindles where they were rotting out. Man that guy was nuts
