Downdraft system

Here is one that you don't see every day.

This High School has a "downdraft" system connected to a Seco Water Wash hood.
The hood has not worked properly in many years. Nobody at the school even knew what they had or why they had such a "smoke problem."

I always thought schools are supposed to be "easy jobs".
