I think they are scumbags who don't know how to compete and hope they go bankrupt trying this method. Looks like that's the way they are headed anyway.

75 gallons of oil a week. From all the dealerships in town. - Each rainstorm sends 1000 times that amount right off the streets and driveways and into the ocean instantly.
