Down stream injector not pulling

How much hose are you using?
Do you have the black tip installed?
You may need to drop down one size on the injector.
 
Sounds like your setup should work, though I prefer a 2.1 for my 8 gpm machine. 200' is no problem, but there must be a restriction somewhere. Try ds'ing without a tip and if that doesn't work, try it without a gun - just the hose. Sometimes, gunk can build-up in either the hose, gun or even the wand.

P.S. Is this an adjustable ds'er? I know it would seem obvious, but if it is, have you turned the adjuster out? (I had to mention it.)

take your injector and attach it to below your trigger and keep a 2 gallon chem container at your feet, simple to rinse injector...pull out hose and rinse from gun, this way soap dont travel thru 200 ft hose and you can use as much hose as you like and dont have to worry it not pulling.

Thats a great idea, if you decide to market it I've got an idea of what to call it...Hmmmm,,,,X Jet. LOL:eek:

That sounds like it would work, but doesn't it suck dragging feed hose around with you all the time?

Well it does suck but I cant get chem. O.K. go ahead and get the laughs out. Just starting and bought a used GET READY (3000@3.5)
I can hear it already, killer machine huh?

Any way cant draw through ds'r tried a 1.8 @ pump and after burner.
tried a 2.1 same way. tried black tip, tried 1/8 barb and ball valve. used no gun at all and free flowed and cant get soap.

I under stand that comparitively its P.O.S machine but its pretty strong and a starter. can any body help.

I know before you say it ( I HAVE TRIED LOOKING UP OLD FORUMS)

YOU NEED A 1.8 NOT A 2.1 WITH THAT MACHINE AND IT WILL PULL FINE
 
Force Feeding Matter?

O.k. The idiot angel came to me in my sleep last night and said HEY STUPID!! MAYBE ITS THE SUPPLY METHOD!!.

Could that be it? Force feeding from the house (because I didnt want to load my tank yet. in the process of building my rig) So I'm not getting enough flow to pull the ball?

HELP ME PLEASE!!!:eek:
