Does anyone else have a job that gets this dirty

Yes, Tell the cook to use a lean cut of meat.

I'm just wondering when "Racer X" is going to tell us who he really is.

HMMMM? Baldwin Park California, and he makes"RESTAURANT CLEANING MADE EASY" wonder who??LOL!!! Does $39.95 ring a bell? Just kidding, but their batcaves are in the same town!

Isnt "X" the unknown factor. So Racer Unknown, the mystery man. Chris isnt Baldwin Park close to your hood? Well relatively speaking, in the greater LA area. There has got to be at least 100 hood cleaning companies in the LA area. How hard is it to find someone?

This is a Water wash hood.

Maybe install a larger exhaust system, like they would do that. What kind of hood are we looking at here?
Here is a view of the top door of the hood. The wash system works fine, It's just a very high volume store. I don't know of many of these that do a good job. Some customers think if they have a wash system, They don't need to clean it as often. WRONG!!!

You are right there are a lot of companies in LA......I have a file of photos of stickers from about 25 - 30 that I have personally run into during bids/inspections......If I ever have some free time I'll post a photo of all the stickers.
There are so many companies here in LA it boggles the mind. 95% of them are "fly by night" low bidders who aren't around long enough to mention. Maybe "Racer X" is one of them.

There are the big guys on the block like Flue Steam 35 years and still going strong.
Last and not least there is Bryan Exhaust a small mom and pop operation just tryin to get by. We were able to pay the phone bill last month so things are OK!:D

Where is Racer unknowns?

Are You Shure Thing's are ok?

Hey Chris, at least a third of those companies have gone out of business.
I think Randy and JT might be related.

Grant you are right a lot of those companies are gone now.
There will be more to replace the ones that go away.

It seems anyone with some address labels and a printer can create a grease exhaust company.

This company leaves the kitchen with "a fresh lemon scent".

Rusty might like this idea!:D

Never underestimate the idea of good marketing.
