I used to get these requests for painting once in awhile but this is my first for PW

Yesterday I received an email from a homeowner asking me to give a price on a House Wash with very limited information.

basically says- "please send a price for a 3100 sq ft house mostly vinyl sided with green algae on one side, dirt on other sides, located in Scotch Plains, Nj"

No contact info or other info provided

My response was "please give me a call or provide your contact information and ill be glad to come by and give you a detailed estimate"

Do you guys get these requests often?
 
Oh yes I see those at least a few times per month. Price shoppers every time in my experience.

Me too. Always send a request for more info. Sometimes I ask the square footage and a few times the answer comes back, "I don't know". My answer is "then, I don't know what to charge you".
 
I like it when competitors forget to block their number and it shows up on caller ID. I have some fun with that.
