This is a Job I do for 11,000 a Month

Still do the job to this Day.

I will not mention who this guy is but another person Bid this same Job with me Last year.

My hopes here is not to call anyone out, its to show you guys Low bid does not always win.

FYI I do not Ask for these Proposals, they are often shoved in My face.

I never Beat a Price , just never do it.

Honestly, I think that a good pm knows what something should cost. I am lucky enough that I don't care what someone else charges. I quote the price, and if they want me, they can hire me. Most often, I get hired for what I know when doing commercial. That opens up a lot of freedom in pricing.

Yeah Scott Contract in GOV never gets thrown back in your face, this is commercial private money. Your right good PM are suppose to know market value. The trouble in our industry the margins are extreme. So often a rookie PM will make the mistake of hiring the rookie bidding the job LOW.

Some will just take advantage of the capital of the new person and go to the next one when they are out of biz
