Do you ask your customers for feedback?

I was just thinking the other day about customer feedback from places like google, AL, Kudzu, Hot Frog, etc. If your customer gives you a very good complement over the phone or in person on how great of work you do, have you asked them to give you a review on any of these sites? I had a customer the other day ask me how she could spread the word on how good of a job we did besides just telling her friends, and I didn't know if saying something like writing a review was out of line to ask your customers. Do you guys ask your customers to write reviews?

Absolutely. I dont tell them what to write but if they offer I just ask them to email it to me so I can use it how I please.
