Dirt removal

Hi. I am new to this board. The problem I am having is removing dort, road film, carbon exhaust from painted wood surfaces such as siding on houses. I currently use a mixture of Chlorox and Tide to wash houses and get rid of algae/mildew. However, this does nothing to lift dirt. I find we have to use a brush to agitate the surface before the dirt will rinse off. I have asked this question on 2 other boards with no answer or a poor answer. Can any of you help?
Thanks and God bless!!!

Try mixing alkaline and caustic soaps together for lifting the dirt and carbon, truckwash soaps are good for what your needing.I never use bleach or soaps made for washing cloths to wash painted stuff with,it does more all around damage.
Add Caustic to alkaline,,,alkaline is more safer than caustic when cleaning meaning casutic will streak if mixed to stronge more so on colors then white. Both chemicals will lift dirt and carbon but caustic is the better of the two for lifting carbon.
