3. Type of employment
4. Earnings
5. How much does the house cost

Chris I used to mine the data quite a bit but just find it cheaper, quicker and easier to just use the drop ship saturation method - to homes we are interested in working on.

Commercial is a different story though - We do different cards targeted towards: Prop managers, schools, hospitals, etc..

Forget all that Chris. You have been around long enough to know the neighborhoods you want to work in......direct mail to them. Dont waste time and money MINING data.... Chris is Spot On.
