Both these hotels are a short 15 minute drive from the event location.

Self contained RVs will be welcome to park at the event location (weather permitting). My advice for anyone wishing to bring an RV is to make a hotel reservation. I will keep track of the 10 day weather forecast so you can cancel the hotel reservation should the weather be favorable.

Am I the only one that notices that this is Memorial weekend? I most likely won't be able to come as that is a holiday weekend and we throw a huge Biker party down at Lake Herrington every year.

Alot of folks do Family stuff on Memorial weekend.

Chris, this one will not be like the rest. We are not listening to one speaker after another.

We will have some main speakers, as the event gets closer we will inform you who and what the topics are. This will not be anything like any of the others. This will be a very unique meeting Southside style.
