im purchasing a delevan pump for roof cleaning and was wondering if it can efficiently spray house wash on house and also how many feet will it spray?

its a monster , I dont do much residential but I have used it before to spray house wash and you really have to run to keep up with it , a roof is a different story , it is awesome for roofs , back to your question , yes you can use it and it applies quickle and if you use the poly gun with a 2530 its awesome on vinyl as far as distance you can get around 25 to 30 feet with a 0030 tip and 5/8 hose

where can i get the stuff you mentioned?

I use my 5800 for house washes and roof cleaning exclusively, get 35-40 feet vertical.

Aside from concrete, I haven't used the PW at all this year.

from all the info i have gathered from this site it sounds like the delevan is very versatile and can be used to apply a wide range from chems for houses, roofs, etc. to stains for decks, fences, etc. sounds like a good investment.:)

Tim, I use it or my Bandit to rinse, sometimes on a roof I'll use just the garden hose.

I do use simple cherry for my hw mix and I think that helps, seems to me to be about the easiest to rinse soap out there.

Mike, about the most painless $129 you can spend. I had 2 and Bob had em on sale last week so I bought 2 more.

Northern sells a 150 psi high gpm pump that's great for rinsing roofs. If I can find it on their site, I'll post it.
