Delco University

Thanks, Larry

Thanks for posting about the classes, Larry.

I wanted everyone to know about the series of PW classes being offered by Delco University. The classes are being held at a number of cities across the country so that travel will be easy and inexpensive for most of you.

These classes have been expanded to include lots of detailed information for the power wash contractor.

Chris Detter and I will be the instructors for the Wood course, which will cover marketing, bidding, closing the sale, scheduling, and paperwork organization – on top of the technical aspects of working with wood. Our Wood course will include segments on power-washing for other residential needs, such as driveways, roofs, house-washing, etc. We will even go out into the field and clean and seal a deck as a part of this class. We finish the course by creating customized business plans with each student. In all, this is the most complete course we have ever offered for contractors. The entire focus of the Wood class is PROFITABILITY. Every aspect of running the business is discussed, with the emphasis on a strong, ever-improving bottom line.

The classes are designed to be small. The idea is to have a good amount of one-on-one activity. In fact, that’s part of the great recipe for these courses: smaller classes, in your city (or a nearby city), all classes taught by industry leaders, with hands-on activities and lots of new written and video materials to take home. If you need more than just technical information, one of these classes will be right for you.

In addition, attendees will be able to take PWNA Certification exams at the end of any class. You will get what you need to pass certification, and a whole lot more.

The classes aren’t cheap, but they really are a bargain if they help you run your business more efficiently and profitably. Our aim is to make sure that the contractor gets all the information he or she needs to make it happen! If you are interested in getting more information, you can call Delco or folloow the link that Larry gave you in the post above.

Thanks! Hope to see you there!

Pete you have been doing education for over a Decade and written most of it.
