Delco Surface Cleaners Russ J?

It looks like a good surface cleaner, solid, good price. What about the rubber skirt, not too sure how that would work, hold up?

I dont know? I had one I bought from Delco (Rahsco) back in 1999 it was a 30 inch but 2 days after I got it I sold it for 100 more than I paid for it to a local guy! I never used it but once so I still dont know much about them, they do look good and sturdy but I was unsure about the swivel.

The swivel on the second link, the delco site, is the triple bearing mosmatic. I have about a million miles on mine, spins like butter. I do grease it with silicone about twice a month. On the first link it shows a different swivel. Seems like the rubber skirt would tear or maybe drag.
 
The brass swivel pictured looks like the weakest link but if you can get it with the mosmatic's or something comparable it should be worth it
 
It looks like the one Elite Mfg. used to produce. That was a good product. I've not seen a Delco up close to be sure nothing's changed.
