Colonial Power Washing and Painting performed this Deck Cleaning in Shillington Pa just this past week for repeat customers. This was originally a house rental of theirs that they recently decided to move in themselves, so they wanted the extra touches provided before they took up residence. As you can see from the first photo the deck was covered in ground in dirt and an massive amount of algae. After We completed the cleaning process we followed up with a pH balancing,allowed to dry for 48 hours, fully sanded and finished off with 2 coats of Ready Seal Mahogany and the homeowners were amazed at the professional results.
