Just 18 months ago the Dim's where crying when Bush Jr jacked the National deficit to 1.7 trillion. All prediction are at the end of 2009 (Obongo's first year in office) the National deficit will top 9 TRILLION dollars.

That sure was some expensive Kool Aid.

I posted this last week or so on facebook. I had one of my old liberal HS football buddies comment that it was our duties to pay our share and to stop crying and buck up. We need to be more patriotic and since we make the dough we need to pay more than everyone else. He is a economics major that teaches HS and I gave this response.

If we both pay 10% of our income to the GOVT ...

and if I make 100K I pay 10,000


If he makes 50,000 he pays 5,000.

This shows I do pay more. Of coarse in reality I pay a ton more than 10%, but even if he paid the same percent I would still contribute (Have stolen) more than him. Its simple mathematics.
