There is a serious question as to IF he was the one who actually pulled the trigger in the robbery!Chris I read this yesterday. It actually bothered me. People make mistakes I don't think it is cruel and unusual punishment because they missed his vein. The outcome was the same and I am sure the person he killed in cold blood and his family suffered much more than he did.
