I think the best single thing is communicating and listen to your customers needs. If you’re taking care of them they will build a relationship and a loyalty to you.
Do what you say your going to do, when you said you would do it! And of course do it very well!
We feel that our customers only like us as much as the last work that we did for them. With that said, we have many customers that we have served for over 15 years, kitchens, fleets, and industrial accounts.
