'Cruise ship' virus sickens 50 at Casper Hotel

The Hotel voluntarily shut down its food service operations Thursday and moved all scheduled banquets to other hotels and restaurants after the Health Department announced the illnesses. Well I know that I tried several times to get in to do the hoods a couple weeks ago, after my inspections, we were so high the manager laugh at me. I wonder what this might of coasted them! Between the banquets and Christmas parties? With all the filth and the last hood cleaners that did it shortly after, I drove by and the fans were still dirty.
I’m not saying what caused this but you see I don’t understand why people believe that “a penny saved is a penny earned”

"A penny saved is a penny earned" of course there is a flip side to that which is "You get what you paid for" which means one who is cheap gets the same in return. And a Flip side to that is " A smart consumer is a wise consumer" Which means he will get the best for what he paid for.

You can only try to educate them, and then of course deliver a good quality service. Think of it this way, how many managers have ever been on the roof or looked into their ductwork, not many. All they know is the service is being done and it has cost them x amount for years. Now you come along, inspect it, find that it needs access panels and the duct has been neglected so you are going to charge double or more what he has been paying on top of the price of access installation. That is where the laughter comes from. All you can do is educated him, whether he listens or not depends on you and or whether he cares in the first place.
