Anybody ever use the powder crete magic?

I use it often on new & old concrete. Many times on new homes a contractor will pull up on the driveway and their truck will leave an oil stain. I put a little Crete Magic powder down mash it in with my foot , let it sit for a few minutes to get the wet oil up. I'll brush it away and put more crete magic on the stain, mash it in and leave it. I come back in a couple days and the oil & stain are 90-100% gone. Its pretty good stuff for the small stains. I have a couple companies that call me for oil stain removal, there trucks go and deliver some furniture a home owner calls them complaining the truck left a stain. I'll go out apply crete magic takes all of 5 minutes and I charge a min of $100. The company is glad to pay it and their customer is happy

I also use to use Crete Magic in between full cleanings at bank drivethroughs, before I had hot water machine. Now that I have hotwater I dont use the Crete magic on bank drivethrough but its an option. I do 20 banks every 6 months I do the buildings, sidewalks & drivethroughs, then every 3 months I do the drivethroughs. The Crete magic was a quick way to get the oil reduced and the property liked it. I didnt like how Crete Magic would track out on the pavement, but it worked OK

Once it dried it would look pretty darn good

That's impressive.

I'll look into it.

hey jeff ,give us the low down on cost and stuff

is it the same as rekrete??????

Crete Magic is Rekrete. It is 129.00 for 40 lbs. I went to a roundtable at Steve's last year
and the guy from Rekrete was there doing a demo. It's pretty neat stuff. I bought some
myself.

rekrete

For those of you who have bought this stuff over 4 years ago - This product was bought out and the new owner completed a make-over on this product.
It works preety good and is no longer just a cover-up for messed up oily cement. He also has a dry additive that will clean cement for an area that does not allow or want water flow.

One pound covers the size of a parking space. No dragging out the washer - Just lay compound down, sweep, sweep, sweep, collect and go.

That's awesomely expensive, isn't it?

$3.23 per parking space?
How much do you guys charge?

I have a customer that pays me 170.00 a month (once a month cleaning) to clean his gas station. Takes me 25 min to use Recrete, wash the pumps and windows and when I do the same job with water it takes almost 1.5 hours. The bigest advantage being with the powder I can complete the job while the station is open without interferance with customers. That means I can sleep at night.
