Creating the oh yes moment.

What goes into creating a moment that causes the homeowner to throw all inhibitions of price in the wind to sign with you and what do you do to make it happen after your vehicle leaves their property.

This is the question of the hour that should be answered from the experiences we have when dealing with another service trade we hire for our home projects we can not tackle.

What causes you to hire that contractor in the first place? What does the contractor do that causes you to fall in love with the service so much that price is tucked away in the dark caverns of your mind, never to be repeated even to the people you suggest to use their services?
 
Excellent question, it will be interesting to hear other responses.

For me it is a contractor that caries himself well, is knowledgeable and not overbearing. They provide me with options and work with what I want to do while letting me know what else is available and let me make the choice.
