Cost per 1000 Square Feet

I realize there is not an exact answer to this but I'm going to ask anyway.
When cleaning concrete what do you think your cost should be for chemicals when you break it down per 1000 square feet.

Assume there are no grease spots to pre-treat and it is just dirty concrete.

depends on what chem you are using Mark and what you are cleaning but we buy in bulk so 1000 square foot would cost me less than a dollar

Are you telling trades secrets again Russ,

It would actually cost me less than a dollar if I even used any chems. The labor and all if its a maintained property would be around 25.00 roughly give or take a few bucks.

On a one time charge, it might be extreamly more.
