I am wanting to change my box truck into a flatbed. I am having issues finding a used metal bed flatbed. Does anyone know where I could find a used flat bed.

Just cut the box off. Unless the floor is shot and you want to replace it, then I would do what Greg did and build an aluminum floor.

I'm going to convert mine from pickup bed to flatbed. I found a 12 1/2 foot flatbed w/ headache rack, holes already drilled for reels, etc (used to be a flatwork bed), along with a 510 gallon tank already plumbed and lots of plumbing under the bed.........all for .....$600.00 installed.
It is at a friend of Chris's junk yard on an F450 two years older than mine. Should be a perfect fit. Now If we can just get together on a time to install it!
