I would like to see some ideas on contracts and proposals. The ones I am using now I made them up myself and would like something a little more professional. I just can't seem to come up with anything any help would be greatly appreciated. You can email to me at wslycmmngs29@yahoo.com or just post on here again thanks for any help.

Best move you can make is invest in Quickbooks Pro or the online version. There you can create professional proposal sheets, invoices, bills of sale, etc.

More importantly, you can keep track of your customer base, payroll, banking, profit/loos, etc.

Thanks I have been wanting the Quickbooks for a while, I guess now I can go ahead and pick it up/

Even though I use quickbooks I still go to office depot and buy the triple copy invoice books, the proposal books and the estimate books.. Then I just use my B&R Rubber stamp.. It works good especially on the invoices because I can keep up with them real easy.. We have also been talking with a company that can set up on line billing for our corp accounts, this would cut out alot of paper..

Here is a proposal that I use. Personally, I do not like to use the Quickbooks or Simply Accounting forms available.

Hope it helps!
