Nice to also read that folks use contracts for every job regardless if it's free (i'm so guilty there for not doing that ... JR congrats on landing your first commercial contract!! I'm working the angels on my end to get all the proper points of contacts and also names of folks that can authorize a decision as to who actually gets the job. Do you mind me asking, as to what approached you used to land this contract? Did you have to like submit a proposal letter? (If so ... Do you mind sharing so i can get an idea as to how to sound like? Did you do a demo of your service and/or speak with property manager? Many of the commercial places here have corporate offices outside of the city limits for us to really do a live demo so im trying to be smart on handling things.

Means they have 15 days to pay without penalty or interest.
