Quality of Service

I have been in the business about six weeks and I would say that quality of service would be the key to the success of my business so far and in the future. I have been washing Tractor Trailers and the owners and operators are constantly telling me how clean the trucks are. Customer satisfaction is very important. Quantity is good, but without quality you will never get quantity.

I would say that sucess has come to me by increasing my knowledge. Knowledge is key and boards like this are the ticket to receive superior information from folks who have been in the business for alot longer than I. Actual interaction between teacher and student is always better than reading a book or watching a video. When knowledge is increased, skill and then speed will follow. This is what I feel has made my business a success. Just completed second year of business and can't wait until spring. Thanks guys for all the information!

I found that above all you have to do excellent work, show up when your suppose to, have extra parts with you, and a knowledgable telemarketer that knows billing. oh, and dont say " I dont know how to do that";)
