Confident Roof Cleanings NEW office space.

We finally got moved back into a new office. This one is WAY better than our last (and only 10 minutes from home. The last office was almost 30 minutes).

It sits at about 1900 sqft total. 2 Offices, a bathroom, and a 30x40 concrete pad out back with a drain for cleaning and a barbed wire fence for security. We plan on setting up 2 500 gallon chem tanks with a high flow chem pump for quick filling of spray tanks.

We're still getting set up and need stuff on the walls but its coming along quick.

The first picture is the reception area with our awesome office manager.

Dont worry, the trailer is just being stored for now. We havent switch back.

This ones not heated, but its super insulated. It was 30 here the other morning and it was comfortable in the warehouse.

Okay, I'll ask. Who's scissor lift is that?

The owner of the property. I was thinking about asking to pay a little extra each month to keep it...

Ok what are you paying for space like that in TX? We have been looking here in NJ and the rents are so outrageous. Looked at a 1000sq ft area 450 office and 550 wharhouse $1500 a month. We have room on our property to put up a pole barn 35x45 and have office space upstairs for about $30k. Think im going that way.

$1300 a month. And that includes water. We pay Electric.

There is a 3/4 acre piece of land about a 1/4 mile from here that just went up for sale. Im going to look into buying it and constructing a building on it for next year.

I contribute alot of success to my shop, added a real sense my guys where working a real job rather than meeting at the house.

I moved my office away from my shop, my employees in office do to automation has decreased over the years from four to 1.5...

My sales people work from network from homes. Some will argue the fact they fool around at home, I say there was more fooling around in the office.

All in all the having a Shop was valuable to expansion. multiple trucks parked in front of house was getting to look ridiculous.

Thats why we moved. Seems to me that I can attract better employees this way. Plus Im able to have meetings that are not in my personal truck. We also just added 2 new trucks and couldnt keep them at the house or the truck yard anymore.
