In little ole Mississippi, were starting to acquire accounts on 7 day service. Yes thats right 7 days service and there are plenty of them. The ones currently being serviced are short 1 hour washes and netting 100-150 per store. This is an easy account after the initial cleaning is done. I have posted a couple of photos of a few of these stores. The moral to this is with the right person supporting you and your service within these corporations, you can acquire a boat load of properties that are consistent income.

The initial cleanings are harsh and include the entire parking lot at the ones were doing. We have done roughly 10 of these stores' full parking lots and are all similar in size at least the ones we have been doing are.

1. The suds are from their concrete not a drop of detergent was used to clean that store

2. Photo of store completed yesterday morning, the other side is posted in the next post as well as the front and rear of this store.

3. Cleaned this evening- Sidewalks weekly, alternating on the stalls weekly as well, the last photo is of the entrance after cleaning. I didn't take any photos of before on this store due to time constraints.

The rest of the store completed yesterday, full parking lot cleanings and this was a pain in the tail. All drainage is into the grass there and the sod buts up against the curb so the water just piles up.

Somebody is doing the Sonic's around here for $400.00 a month, once a week. Averaging 8000 sq ft. And basically all they do is splash and dash, terrible results.

I wouldn't consider working for that sort of minimum wage.

Looks great Chris, keep up the good work.

These accounts are netting as i said between 100 and 150 each weekly most around 150 and are very easy to clean, Each store is averaging around 600ish after the dumpster pad monthly and are a great stepping stone considering there are 22 in the sourrounding 30 miles. The point to this post is that you can find accounts without really looking that hard. In the last 7 months we have built a pretty decent client el base that consits of roughly 50 properties were washing 96 times per month. This does not include any accounts that are on service interval longer than 30 days. You too can build this up with a little luck, consistency, and the right tools. Thanks again everyone that has answered questions via phone, email, or chats
