set days to wash so customers dont park in the driveway. Make sure everyone knows to have the windows and doors closed and locked.
make sure no pets are left outside.
If they have decks build in a cleaning of them in your bid, because your wash solution will get on them. Make sure you have a good water supply.
Depending on what chems you use cover brass fixtures and kick plates on the doors.
If there is a sprinkler system have them run it just before you get there. It saves a step[no need for you to pre-water the plants]
ask permission to leave a card with the owners about doing a whole deck job[if you do decks]
As far as what to use to wash them depends on the type of dirt,soil,mold, and surface type
lots have muiltable surfaces. Dont forget the flatwork[walks,curbing,driveways]
possable gutter cleaning also[inside and out]
