Concrete Repair That Works.

<table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="80%"> <tbody><tr></tr> </tbody></table> I know tons of y'all clean flatwork, but also have seen the numerous cracks and flat out chunks of concrete that have been gouged on curbs due to people slamming their cars or trucks into them. This concrete patch I am listing below works. I used it and it does what it says. I performed a demo for a concrete company and after 20 minutes had one of the workers drive their truck over the patch. After several passes they saw that the patch was not crumbling or being ripped out. It was already at 2400PSI strength at that time and dries 10 times that in 7 days. There is also a asphalt patch that can be purchased as well this product is 100% green for those envoromental conscience people. This stuff is amazing and can be very profitable as a add on to your cleaning business. If you are interested in purchasing please hit me up with Reference code:UglyConcretePA. It can be drop shipped anywhere and can be purchased in test quantities of 5 pound kits if you want to try. If it did not work I would not be here sharing the information.

MG Krete Helped Me Gain Some More Business.

Latest on the concrete service y'all. I actually just upsold concrete repair on a flatwork contract I already have with 3 stores and next week I will be repairing the cracks. Each store will total over several hundred in repairs for each store. I got a masonry/concrete guy hired to apply it since I cant find the time to do so, but it works out well. This stuff will be able to be walked on in less than 20 minutes, so a very short to no down time for the Manager was a plus. We are gonna hit the early morning times to get this fixed, so the Manager does not know he will not miss any time at all yet. $2,175 in repairs, 1 concrete guy with his tools by the hour for one days work and about $160 in materials. Gotta try this stuff as it will help build your biz. Y'all helped people like me in their first year in business as a pw and deck resto guy, so I thought I would offer some helpful advice to get on board.

Hello Jim,

I am interested in the product you promote. I have posted another thread about a painted sidewalk on one of the shopping centers we sweep and just pressure washed (last night).
pics: http://foxsweeping.com/images/painted-sidewalk/
The sidewalk has been painted with "DYCO Paints TUFF-COAT Stain Enamel", but paint is flaking at some places. There are also some places where the concrete has been patched badly and unsuccessfully. After we washed it last night it cleaned pretty well, but soon it will need to be repatched and re-painted. I am planning to offer that to the PM. Do you think the surface should be primed prior painting and what paint would you suggest? Also, what would be a fair charge per foot for painting and patching?

Thanks,

D.
