Lots of dirty properties around here! went out last night but I'm still waiting on my stencil

unsolicited....i started last night going to be doing a lot of properties.
Kohls in that area are managed by a National Facility Management Company that we do work for, we dont do those but they are under strict management guidelines for 2009-2011

Kohls will prosecute you for trespassing and defacing their property doing that unsolicited.

I am not being an ass just giving you a tip so you wont end up getting blamed for every problem they can find and point at you.

Might want to turn up the thermostat. I don't see much steam, and your temperatures there in Mauldin, SC are down in the 50's at night.

If you view my video's, I'm using 220 degree @ 3500 PSI. My most recent video's were shot when the outside temps were in the upper 90's and less than 10% humidity.

Russ is correct, they can get you for trespassing, but in most jurisdictions a warning must be issued first. As far as defacing the property, not sure how the laws relate to private property. Marc over at PowerWashStencils.com is involved in that guerrilla marketing, stenciling sidewalks, etc. Has been challenged in Court several time, all have been dismissed, if my memory serves me correctly. It is not littering or defacing, since the process actually cleans.

Chance are on private property things will be different. I have done several doven "demos" in the past couple weeks; I video them, then I clean the area, expansion joint to expansion joint, then send the proof to the powers to be. Just landed a huge contract from one of the "demos".

Does this apply to Kohls that are in strips managed by other companies? This particular strip is managed by DDR. Is Kohls managed separately?
 
Koles is almost always an anchor and they are responsible for their own exterior including awnings, buildings, and sidewalks in my area.
