Concrete cleaning

Frist I would lke to say hey to all of you. This is my frist post here, but i've been veing your different forums and I'm really learning alot. My question is
my major work has been lanscape work, mostly yard maintance. I wash alot of my customer homeand have been using house hod bleach,liquid soap and a cold water unit. Recently I got a contraact with a credit union to wash their buidings and all the concrete. their are 15 branches. I bought a 3500 psi, 5gallon a minute water unit to do this work. I would like to know if I should begin using the 12% sodium hypochlorite and does anyone know of a source that is close to me and approximately what price should I be looking at?

Hello Michael, welcome to the board.

I get my chemicals from Harcros and Univar. They have plants in Atlanta.
Try calling them for a list of distributors in your city.

I also recommend using Sodium Hydroxide (caustic soda beads) and TSP (Tri-sodium phosphate) for concrete. Mix it with your 12% bleach. Be very careful with Sodium Hydroxide, that stuff will eat the skin off you! Wear gloves. It really speeds up concrete cleaning with a good pre-soak of strong chemicals. Not too strong though.

Yes I know Ricky, his shop is only abou a couple of miles from my house. Matter of fact I just bought my new pressure washing rig from him.
