Concrete Cleaning for Townhome Community in Clearwater Florida!

This is a Concrete Cleaning job for a 46 unit Town House community that we originally only did the Sidewalks. After the Sidewalks were Cleaned they realized maybe they should have all the Concrete Parking Pads Pressure Cleaned as well. This was a job from Kory that he was too busy to get to so he gave it to us...Thanks Kory! Here is how your job came out.

The Roof Cleaning has already been discussed. They do need it bad. Stampede from Lori and Rex on the oil. The Concrete under the canopy's is more like garage floor Concrete. I was able to get up a good amount but some of it has been there FOREVER and refused to budge.

I use stampede From Lori also. For large sq ft this is the best and cheapest solution for us in Fl. I think transmission oil is the hardest to get it out of the concrete.
