Apple Roof Cleaning

Roof Cleaning Instructor
Commercial Roof Cleaning Valrico FL 33594

Here are some pictures of the Savanna Landings Townhouse/Condominium Community my men are currently cleaning.
Basically, there are 3 types of buildings, some 4 unit, some 5 unit, and a few 6 units under each roof.
As can be seen, some of the roofs are absolutely filthy, with an honest inch of black roof algae on them.
There are no gutters, plants.hedges galore, and fussy, older, retired people with nothing better to do then to try and tell us what to do!

I bid this Commercial Roof Cleaning job cheap, to be completely honest, to KEEP my men working( we are running 2 roof cleaning trucks, again).
As an added bonus, they decided to clean ALL the driveways, that are postage stamp size.
I let my men make a cash deal with the residents, and keep the driveway money(after they pay me back for chemicals used).
My guys are picking up considerable side work in there, and that is OK by me.
I want my men happy, they have familys to feed to!
I will be adding some more Commercial Roof Cleaning Valrico FL 33594 before and after pics as I get them.

As many of you guys know, we do not usually chase commercial roof cleaning jobs, since we are such an established residential roof cleaning contractor.
However, my Son Jamie is changing that, and somehow these big Commercial Roof Cleaning jobs sometimes just find us.

As some of you know, I have been a Ham Radio Operator for over 25 years (My Ham Radio FCC Callsign is Ka7niq).
The man who got us to bid this job is a fellow Ham!
Us Hams are cheap lol, he wanted a deal, and we wanted Commercial Roof Cleaning work in Valrico FL 33594, so we both got what we wanted.
Valrico is right next to our home town of Brandon Florida.
This job is actually in a community called Bloomingdale.
One of our "favorite local competitors" lives right close by :clapping:
This Commercial Roof Cleaning Job in Valrico FL is right under his Nose :crying:
Oh, BTW, there are 33 of these buildings, with an average of 4 units in each.
So, if you take into consideration that each unit has driveways, screen rooms, windows, soffits and fascias needing cleaning, you can see my men are picking up some considerable extra money, for themselves, on this Commercial Roof Cleaning job here in Valrico, FL :smile-square:

Here are the first before and after Commercial Roof Cleaning Valrico FL Pictures.
Oh, forgot to add that we are using the New Amonyx LO Chlorine Stable Surfactant from Pressure Washer Products on all these roofs.
It greatly aids cleaning and stickability on the steep roof slopes, and also makes windows a breeze to clean w/o spotting!
The residents LOVE all the suds coming off the roofs from the Amonyx LO Surfactant after the rains, and we tell them the truth, that our roof cleaning solution "keeps on cleaning" after we are gone. :eek:uttahere:
Our guys are averaging only 2 to 3 buildings a day, going real slow because roofs are filthy, slipppery, and steep, with TONS of plants and hedges that must be protected!
No way can we clean on some of the real windy days we have had lately(2-1 2010), so we stop cleaning the roofs, and switch to the exterior cleaning, until weather conditions are favorable for roof cleaning again.
Since there are TONS of plants, and no gutters, with absolutely filthy, steep roofs, we MUST have warm, sunny days to maximize the cleaning effectiveness of our intentionally weak, roof cleaning chemical solution.
We are having to hit the roofs a couple of times for complete cleaning with this weak, roof cleaning solution, enhanched by the Chlorine Stable Amonyx LO Surfactant.
The alternative is to use a strong roof cleaning solution that cleans on the first pass, but will toast the plants!

LOL, got to make it easy for these guys to find it Eckhoff, since word "has it" they are so Inbred, they can't even smell a rat anymore ?
Hey, just kidding, they look like very NICE examples of the breed.
I bred and trained Dogs for years, back in Seattle.
I bred and trained Doberman Pinschers, mostly German imports.
Conformation is nice, as long as it does not come with a loss of working ability. I bred nice looking Dogs, but wasn't looking to breed 'Pets".
The Doberman was bred for natural protectiveness, and most of my Dogs came from German Schutzhund Champions.
To pass a Schutzhund 3 Courage test, a dog must go 100 yards off leash on command, and attack a Man, who fights back!
The Dog must have the courage to keep hold of the training sleeve as the Man fights back!
One 1 Dog out of 10 makes it to Schutzhund 3.
My breeding goal was to provide a Doberman with correct conformation to the breed standards, while still retaining the natural aggressive instincts, and protective capability Herr Doberman intended for us.

Did someone say Roof Cleaning? :scratchhead: LOL...Nice job on those Roofs Chris. I guess you were not kidding when you said you were busy. Keep it up buddy!

Slammed is the word Larry
Almost uncomfortably busy cleaning roofs that are truly filthy!
I keep telling these Tampa Homeowners Associations they are not doing their deed restricted residents any favors by putting off cleaning of the roofs.
In an attempt to "show some love", many homeowners associations have taken into account the grim economic times, and put off sending roof cleaning letters!
The result are truly filthy roofs in many subdivisions here in Brandon, and throughout our service area
WE got beat out recently up in Tampa Palms, on a street we were doing a lot of work on.
I went by, to see what was up, and saw some guy out in the un marked family SUV, pulling a 1/2 azzed trailer with a small shurflo, and a 125 gallon tank.
He must have sprayed that roof 3 times to get it to clean. :grin-loving:
I bet he will think twice next time, about bidding 225.00 on a 325.00 job, LOL
The roofs we are seeing lately are filthy, because of all the rain, and lack of cleanings.
Very few "gifts" anymore.
Chemicals aint cheap as they were 2 to 3 years ago, and it is taking more chemicals to clean them lately, anyone else noticed that ?

You guys have chlorine for less than a dollar there, here in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area the cheapest I have found is 1.55-1.90ish for 10%; and yet the roof cleaning rates here are lower than the Bay side :(..

GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS commerical low pressure roof cleaning job, Apple! Thank you, Chris...
The Amonyx LO is working great Lori, especially on these filthy roofs.
My guys aint the best picture takers, and the pictures do not convey just how filthy these roofs are.
MOST of the residents are tickled pink, and one even complained " there is not as much suds coming off my roof when it rains as the guys across the street" ROTFLMAO !!!
He thought we "short changed him" on the Amonyx LO Surfactant :lmao:
Here, some of these people are wanting to get into roof cleaning Lori
http://windowcleaningresource.com/index.php5, I would go join the forum, and offer an "alternative" suggestion to where they are currently being Led to, to buy equipment from, and "get advice".
Maybe let them know there is a roof cleaning forum here on PWI as well, while you are there too ?
Give them some options ?
