Went and took a look at this today.
1000 sq ft
No chems
Move anything with wheels and clean under all permanent equipment with wand! Probably 2 1/2 hrs by my self. Does $425 sound right or is that too high or low based on your experience.
Thanks

Make sure the drains are working right. If they are not it will slow you down big time. You'll be amazed how quickly an indoor area can fill up with 5.5 gpm spraying out!

Be careful with the water under those freezers, they are not commercial units and probably have exposed insulation on the bottom side that will wick up the water.

A little low for me.
Make sure they are picking up all boxes, plates and food that can or should I say will get wet.
Everything from the waist down that they dont want wet will be put up before I start. Made sure to verify that. You could spend all day moving boxes around to avoid overspray.

Im going back tomarrow to take another detailed look and submit my price.
I will definetely look at the bottom of those freezers, thanks for the tip, I would have never thaught of that.
