Anyone?

I bought it for my son for his Birthday.....fun game.....although I was not pleased with the quality of the television we had in the playroom so I went to Walmart today and got a 55" Sony LCD and mounted it on the wall for me....uh....I mean him. High Def makes it so much better for him.

If you are in the market for a TV....Wallyworld has some good deals right now and you also get a giftcard (amount depends on tv purchased) as a promo.

I play Black Ops--I mean my son does LOL..Ok I will admit so do I when I can get to it. Bought new X-box for kids birthday with Kinect--now theres some awesome technology, that Kinect setup.

Believe me...sometimes employees are more work than they are worth. But I hear ya, it is important to always take some time for yourself to decompress, playing withyour kids, watching tv, working out, whatever it is that helps to keep your sanity.

I just wonder if mike has let his kids play with the new game yet? lol I remember having to wait days to play with the racetrack, electric football game, ect till dad and his brothers got bored.....lol

Kory if you don't make tiime to enjoy yourself, what's the point in being in business for yourself?

It is horrible I know........but he has played, in fact he is better than me at it. We take turns and we bet who does better. 9 times out of 10 he beats me but always falls for the "Double or Nothing" offer and I end up pulling it together and not having to pay out.

From my understanding you are big time Mike so you have employees. But the rest of us small guys don't have that luxury. I can't find time for that. Between physical work, Office work, Sales, Marketing, Family, house work, I barely have time to eat some times.

Kory its growing pains, You want more than just a rig, you want to real business. Most all major players have gone through it. Its a sacifice you are paying for now to be player later. Lots of guys would love to be where you are. Keep it up .....

I know I have been trying the employee deal but it has been a headache. I have and will not give up on it! I had 3 going but really only got about 1 1/2 worth of my expectations out of them. I am going to down size and get back on the wand more for a few months then hire and train another guy. Growing pains suck seems like its been growing pains since day one. I think that has been due to 100% growth year after year. I just need to work on the systems and note them and create policies that do not include the shortcuts I take because its me doing it or its my equipment.

Employess are tough...just understand and accept they will NEVER care as much as you do about your business. Once I accepted that it seems I have developed a "little" more patience when the job is not what I feel to be in my eyes-perfect. I'm not saying i will tolerate sloppiness either, but sometimes I get too anal and will rinse and rerinse and re-rinse until every last speck of dust is gone. But either here or on TGS there was a great thread about how it hurts you when you strive for perfection.
I hope that all made sense LOL. sometimes its tough to put thoughts into words
