Cleaning a metal painted building.

Hey guys, I normally do 99% residential work but I have a job to clean a metal commercial building that's painted white. Should I just go with a hot house wash ( 12.5% and Elemonator) and just do it like a normal house wash?

Thanks.

Here's some pictures. It's not too bad.

Thanks al. Zap, it's not. The paint is in pretty good condition.

Have not ever seen a need for hot water for house or building washing yet.

The house wash mix should work good but you might need some other additives if there are other contaminants on the surfaces like soot, grease, oil, etc....

Add some Sodium Metasilicate to the rinse. Helps prevent corrosion and gives it a shiny look.

Where do you buy your sodium metasilicate and how do you mix it?
