Most fast food places, convenience stores, Walmart, Sam's Club, and other establishments that have high amounts of traffic daily have clipboards or plastic holders in the restrooms to show that the restroom was cleaned hourly, every 2 hours, twice an hour, etc.....with signatures and times written in to show that they are trying to keep the places clean and sanitary.

I have not heard of a place that has an outside company come in once a month to do the same thing, Wow.
