I would like to congratulate Cleaner times on their article in the recent issue on Hf. It was well past due, and very informative. Congratulations on a well written article.

Scott,

Thank you. I told Nancy, our Editor, just this morning that the two most profound sentences I have read in my 11 years here at Cleaner Times were on page 34 of the May issue.

"Always double check protective equipment before each use. A pinhole in a glove can have devastating consequences."

I had an advertiser die in 1999 after an accident involving HF. So, be careful everyone.

Jon, your issue probably has to "clear customs" before crossing the border. I have never understood why the postal service is slow into California.

Thanks again, Scott.

Oh do I hate acronyms, what is HF.

David

David,

Hydrofluoric Acid (HF)

Sorry. The classified advertising manager at the newspaper I worked for many years ago told us in a sales meeting one time that he had received a phone call from a guy who had read an ad for a house for sale and wanted to know what
3BR, 2BA, formLR, sep din, eat-in kit, huge den, 2 car gar
meant/was. I should have learned my lesson then - no acronyms.

Chuck you just came up with a super idea for Cleaner Times', a list of chemicals and their abriveated (acronyms) and the more names the better.

How about it guys and gals, should we start sending names to Chuck so he can get that article written up and published?

Jon

PS: I'll have to ask the Postmaster why we are last on the list, just does not seem fair AZ gets theirs a week or so before it's neighbors do.

Actually Jon, it is really fair. I think that Grayout Davis scares them some, too.:D

California is a little higher tech than Arizona... We get most of our mail and news online. USPS is so slow in California that postal workers are looking for new lines of work here, like snipers, sharp shooters etc...
