Is anybody here qualified to clean the exhaust systems in a "class A" building? One of my competitors recently told a potential client of mine (his current client, but not for long
)that "Bryan Exhaust is just a mom and pop outfit, they aren't even qualified to work on a class A building"
I guess I'm just a little slow but my understanding was that if you know how to clean exhaust systems to bare metal you can clean them anywhere. In 25 years in this business not one client has asked us to show that we are qualified to work on "class A" buildings.
Maybe my competitor was mad because we took some pictures of some really neglected areas that he told the client were inaccessible. My salesman asked the client how we got such beautiful pictures of those areas if they were inaccessible? We all had good laugh
