Sounds like something that i would throw away with out even considering it. It just screams really picky and will be hard to get paid.

Looks like their looking for a high-end detailed cleaning. The wording appears to me as if they know what they want, and don't want to go over a ton of proposals that will not meet their standards. The fact that they stated NOT to offer "group pricing" is what surprizes me; from this statement I would assume that they realize that this high-end detailed cleaning is going to have a price higher then an average cleaning. I also would imagine that once demonstrating that you can safely remove gum with a wand that they would waive that "standard", if not, I would increase the price to steer them to a second opinion. If a company sent that letter to me, they would have a detailed computer printed estimate the next day and they would get frequent phone calls.

Its worth about 11 g's a month. I will be doing it. its a refferal thru a long standing client and she used to work for that client.

second, ten years ago i would not have even seen a RFP like this. She doesnt want her property damaged. Thats great...news

they want utmost care taken on the concrete to keep any damage and yet they also want you to use 3500 psi?
