Chris this old water heater from that evil non supporting company BOSCH finally gave me the long awaited pleasure of dumping it in the dumpster!

Thanks for your help trying to save it 5 years ago so that the prima Donna Jim would quit complaining about the shower changing times in his FREE room. Lol.

It has never worked exactly right since day one.

This week I got a Noritz and it works PERFECTLY!

I was tempted to hook up one of our burners to the water supply but Noritz came to the rescue

Good choice on Noritz ! I have the same model for 5 years now without any problems...The only thing was that needs to be reset (unplugged) once in a few months when someone takes shower,dish washer and washing machine are working at the same time...(My girls are busy at the same time...lol)....
As far as monster heaters from North CA , I guess you don't need 600F for a shower...

I've got a Noritz and it only services the Master Bathroom so it doesn't matter what anyone else in the house is doing, I ALWAYS get a hot shower.

So far two showers a sink and the washer is no problem for this one.

The house had a 100 gallon electric water heater when we moved in. This one is a lot more economical.
