Well you can bet they wont stay in Jail long, because the economy is soooo bad from the past 8 years of failed economic policies that most states say they are going to let prisoners out early because they cant afford to jail them any longer. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha sorry could resist one last parting shot at GW

The Fun is just beginning and we have to have something to look forward too besides this mess were in and it is only going to get worse, so a sense of humor is all we have left.
 
They just told them that due to prison cut backs the meatloaf was being replaced with hamburger helper..

I just saw that Sheriff on TV last night. They have that rapper DMX and the sheriff is sending him to the Tent jail and DMX isnt happy Boo Hoo. More jails should be like that tent city and 60 cent lunches.
 
Yea Jeff I wish the rest of the country was like this guy and I know we would not have half the problems we do now. I wish we had it here, it is not warm like AZ they would be real cold by morning wanting a Warm Sandwich for breakfast. I love how this guy does things they don't have many in that county come back for a second term thats for sure.

I am washing some cars right next to our beautiful tent city. I will see if I can get some pics to post. Believe me, it is not a garden spot.
 
Is that the place where the inmates wear pink uniforms and live in tents, even on the hottest days? If so, cool.

Jail and prison are for doing time, not just wasting it or lounging around.

I heard some places are going back to having inmates work the fields, good ol hard labor.

It is prison stripes, instead of Hospital type Scrubs. They are heavy canvas, with Black and White Stripes. All the linens, and underwear are pink. For a while, you could actually go into major department stores around here to buy pink boxers, and then the proceeds went to charity. He also has started a chain gang, for men and women, that is actually considered a privilege, because they are able to get outside of the jail.

The downside of Joe is that he is an ugly dude that never met a camera, or microphone, that he did not like. He has one of the largest Sheriffs office in the nation, and is the only public spokesman for the office.
