Chemicals on coated concrete

What is safe to use?

I've got a restaurant entry and to-go entry to do. It's a colored coating with a little more substance and texture (almost seems slightly cementitious) than a painted on coating. The side entry is also the employees' entrance/exit and has a fair amount of grease. I can see spots where the color has been slightly blasted off from the previous washer, so I really think chem is needed, I don't want to just throw caustic on it, so I'm looking for what y'all have used. Thanks.

I forgot to add, this is not sealed. It's kind of like a cement topper. Tinted sand base. Fragile though, it's less than a year old, and there are chips in it everywhere.

I have cleaned painted concrete pool patios using ultra dawn/sh mix, let dwell, 45 tip. Start with low pressure. Hot water helps if you have it.

Warn the customer that it will probably chip and come off in places. Tell them there is no way around it and they will need to touch up after cleaning.
