What do you guys want?

I taught the residential coil cleaning in Tampa, but some were unsure if they could do it without an HVAC license. I've since found out that it can be done in Florida (even Pinellas county) without an HVAC license. I wish I had clarification of that before Tampa.

I have classes for:

Residential condenser coil cleaning (How to add $30 to $150 to every house/roof wash)

Residential air filter cleaning/service (making money while you market your service)

Residential Evaporator coil cleaning ($150.00 each with little investment)

Introduction to commercial coil cleaning. (This will cover come of the physical aspects of the work, but will show the market and potential. The full class is three full days in Las Vegas and covers marketing the product and hands on training on a variety of units.)

Introduction to commercial air filter service. (Same as above)

What are you guys looking for in particular? The guys who took the Residential condenser class in Tampa are pretty gung ho. I think many of them will be adding it to their regular lineup of services.

I cant wait Charleston is an awsome city! Lot of good bars down town!

I know...Henry's, Tommy Condon's, The Griffin...And they are all next door to the other on Market and Bay St. And don't forget great seafood at Crosby's, Red's Icehouse, and Noisy Oyster. :) It's all about the food!
