Changing Signature?

I hate to post this, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change my signature. I've run searches and read the FAQs, but can't figure it out. Help please!

Allison - Go to the second line on the menu bar and click Forum Actions. It will drop down - click Edit Profile.
