It is offical as of this coming Monday our name is changing, No More B&R Fire Protection.. Because B&R offers such a wide variety of services we are changing our name to Bevalaque Maintenance Company LLC.. I am going monday to work on the insurance change over.. We are going with Travelers Indemnity Company , 2,000,000 Liability. We are going to offer all of the service we normally do know but we will be including Roof Cleaning, Building Cleaning, Janitorial Services, We will also be purchasing new uniforms, and by the years end new equipment.. We have started the move of our operations to Benton, MS 39039.. Where our 6000 sq ft warehouse will keep a wide variety of stock from extinguishers to emergency equipment.. This looks to be a great year for us ..
 
Asl your accountant and your attorney about keeping B+R as your corporate name and use dba of Bevalaque Maint co.

ie. B+R Fire protection doing business as Bevalaque Maintenance Co, LLC.
 
I thought of that , I was told by my CPA and an Isurance company that by taking the word (FIRE) out of my business name I could save on my insurance.. I guess the Word FIRE just freaks people out. I Dont really know what is going on and in which direction we are going to go .. As of last month , once it starte getting warm outside and all of the lowballer, walmart pressure washer buying, no experience, beer money pressure washing people started crawling out from under the Mississippi rocks again.. We are going to offer more services to offset the flatwork and some hood cleanings that we will lose due to the lowballer scum .. Anyway we have made it 6 years now as B&R and I believe we will make it another 6 .... Heck the other day giving out info to the insurance company .. I realized I have been doing this type of work since 1989 almost 19 years... WOW .. I also realized that I have helped to start 2 of my competitor's in business... I am going to do some talking Monday and see where it gets me..
 
The name of your business has no bearing on your insurance rate or classification.
With less than 10 insurance carriers that still write policies for Exhaust system cleaning and maintenance or "fire protection services" They all know what you do and that if you were Joe Smith Janitorial or Flue Cleaners Inc. makes no difference to them.
All they really care about is your payment being made on time, and accurate records on your sales.
