Ceiling cleaning

Does anyone clean ceiling tiles? I have a request and I need to go look at next week. I do not know if it is just a dusting or a compleating cleaning. I have some info on cleaning but the one system wants $14000 of my money for a large package of cleaners and equipment.

Is this the acoustic tiles in drop down ceilings? We have wiped these down with a little chemical, but if they get any volume of water, they crumple! An expensive option is break cleaner. We cleaned some at about 8/small can...
You might consider quoting replacements! They really are pretty cheap. Likely cheaper to install new.

I have some Magic Ceiling Cleaner that I've had sitting on my shelf for a while. It was special ordered in for a company that went out of business. It's a 2 part mix, hydrogen peroxide based cleaner. A gallon of part A and a tub of part B makes 8 gallons of product. It is sprayed lightly on the ceiling tiles after vacuuming or dusting around the vents to remove heavy accumulations of dust. The grids are wiped down with a sponge, and it is left to dry on the tiles. According to the directions, it takes 4 - 6 hours to complete its job. It basically bleaches the dirt and turns it into a dust, which will precipitate unseen over time. My cost on a kit was $40.00. I'll sell it for that to move it. If you buy it and like it, I can't guarantee that i can get any more.

What Ant said. also ask if they are food service approved tiles if they are they will have a coating that makes them water resistant and easier to clean. You find those in kitchens
